The ELCI was first established in Monmouth, Oregon in 1986. Over the last 30 years, it has helped many international students from all over the world to succeed in American high schools and universities.
In 2012, thanks to the support of our partners an our students, we were able to open our second center in Albany, Oregon on the campus of Linn-Benton Community College. Our partnership with Linn-Benton Community College has been very strong and beneficial for our students as a pathway to success towards their academic goals.
The ELCI expanded to Salt Lake City, Utah in 2020, offering students another safe, friendly, and thriving location. Salt Lake City, Utah is an amazing place to see and explore for group programs, study tours, and English programs.

Most classes usually have no more than 15 students per class.

Most students take a one month vacation for every three months of student. * must make academic progress and meet attendance policy.

We offer Study Tours 2 times per year: Summer and Winter
What is a study tour? Morning classes and afternoon activities with occasional all day trips! Learning and Fun! The length can be anywhere from 2-8 weeks. Great teachers, great learning, great Fun!
