The ELCI was first established in Monmouth, Oregon in 1986. Over the last 30 years, it has helped many international students from all over the world to succeed in American high schools and universities.

In 2012, thanks to the support of our partners an our students, we were able to open our second center in Albany, Oregon on the campus of Linn-Benton Community College. Our partnership with Linn-Benton Community College has been very strong and beneficial for our students as a pathway to success towards their academic goals.

The ELCI expanded to Salt Lake City, Utah in 2020, offering students another safe, friendly, and thriving location. Salt Lake City, Utah is an amazing place to see and explore for group programs, study tours, and English programs.

The ELCI began working together with Internexus San Diego to expand our programs and opportunities for our students, agents, and Study Tours.
